Project Description
With a variety of mechanical systems in need of replacement district-wide, the Chappaqua school district turned to Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) as a way to fund their critical, energy-related capital projects, without increasing taxes.

As part of the $12 million worth of facility upgrades that the students and staff of Chappaqua CSD will enjoy through the EPC process, the district will also advance its goal to educate students about green technology. Included in the scope of work are 3 solar arrays that will educate students on the importance of renewable energy in today’s world.

Update: The District is currently involved with a Phase 2 opportunity with ECG.
